New Hire Documents

The General Manager plays the most important role ensuring the new hire is set up for success. If you do not take the time to onboard your new hire properly you are not setting them up for success.

Prior to the New Hire arriving you need to complete the following;
1. Order Polos (polos may take 2-3 business days to arrive) – Uniform Order Form

2. Ensure you have a complete uniform (1 hat, 2 aprons and 1 nametag (with the new hires name printed on it)) – Order Polos Here (Hats, Aprons and Nametags are through DCP)

3. Welcome Letter printed – Blank Letter

4. Ensure you have communicted to the new hire they need to bring 2 forms of ID and earbuds (headphones) so they can be uninterrupted while watching Dunkin’ U videos

5. Have new hire fill out the new (2019) Health Form and submit into stratex.

Once you have your new hire set up in Stratex and the Dunkin’ U they will then complete their portion in Stratex. The last step is for you the GM to do the verification portion.

Now your new hire is ready to start Orienatation!!

Training is completed under “Team Member” login found on our home page

Once Stratex is 100% completed you will email your Area Manager and ask for a clock-in # and Workpulse email to be sent to the new hire.

At the end of the day dont forget to complete the Orientation Day GM sign off form in our training program.
