POS Training – Day #9

At Dunkin’ Donuts our goal is to have a guest greeted and payment taken in 55 seconds or less. Step #1-#3 of your 6 steps of service tells you how to achieve the 55 second goal. Every guest deserves the same great service whether it is 5am or 5pm, a smile and a welcome.

Remember our overall goal is 120 second at the front counter and 150 in the drive-thru. Steps #4-#6 are the remaining second.

 

6 Steps of Service

 

Just like when you started your Front Counter Beverage Training we need you to do some courses on the Dunkin’ U so you have learned about the POS station , there are 5 courses you will have to take. Then you will take what you learned and do it with your trainer.

 

This picture shows you the courses you will take that are also found on the Training Grid that was on the main page.

 

Please do NOT take any other courses then the ones located on the Training Grid for Sandwiches. If you choose to take other courses you will not receive credit for them and will not be paid for them.
