POS Training – Day #10

Up-Selling, Suggestive Selling & Promoting product all play into a cashiers responsibility when taking a guest order. Our guest come in with a dollar amount in mind that they wish to spend and your goal is to WOW that guest and increase the dollar amount they are actually spending. If our lines are not moving then the guests in line are actually making that decision to spend less to get out quicker and may not return tomorrow.

 

6 Steps of Service

 

Today will be an entire day practicing with your trainer. If you have any questions please refer to POS Training – Day #9.

 

 

 

At the end of your shift you and your trainer will complete the Developing Your People Recap Form and submit it to the General Manager and Area Manager.

 

 

At the end of each day you and your trainer will sign off for the day.
