Front Counter Beverage – Day #3

DunkinCoffee Line‘ Donuts’ lattes and cappuccinos are authentic – made with only Fair Trade Certified™ coffee beans blended for espresso and fresh milk – and available in regular or decaffeinated, hot or iced. The beans are ground and the milk is steamed for each individual serving. Dunkin’ Donuts was the first national brand to sell espresso beverages that are made exclusively with Fair Trade Certified™ coffee.

 

 

Today you and your trainer will spend time practicing Espresso Based Beverages & Frozen Beverages. But before you do any practicing we need to get you up to date on the Dunkin’ U. 

 

Today you will complete 10 courses which are all about Espresso Experience and Island Oasis. We ask you while taking your courses throughout your training to please not rush as everything you watch and learn will be applied to your on-hands training with your trainer everyday.

Please do NOT take any other courses then the ones located on the Training Grid for Orientation Day. If you choose to take other courses you will not receive credit for them and will not be paid for them.

Now you have completed all the remaining Front Counter Beverage courses you will spend the rest of your time today with your trainer on the See It and Do It part of your training. If you have any questions please refer back to your training guides.

 

At the end of your shift you and  your trainer will complete the Developing Your People Recap Form and submit it to the General Manager and Area Manager.

At the end of each day you and your trainer will sign off for the day.
