Front Counter Beverage – Day #1

Today you are going to learn all about Dunkin’ Coffee (hot & iced) and Iced Tea from start to finish. First you will go through the Dunkin’ U and Learn It. Once you have completed all your courses you will See It and Do It with your trainer.

Did you know that Dunkin’ Donuts coffee is freshly ground, freshly brewed and freshly served. If not used within 18 minutes, Dunkin’ Donuts coffee is discarded and a new carafe is freshly brewed.

 


 

Today you will complete 19 courses which are all about Food Safety and Guest Service. We ask you while taking your courses throughout your training to please not rush as everything you watch and learn will be applied to your on-hands training with your trainer everyday.

Please do NOT take any other courses then the ones located on the Training Grid for Orientation Day. If you choose to take other courses you will not receive credit for them and will not be paid for them.

Now that you have completed all of day #1 Front Counter Beverage training you will take a break. Once you come back from break you will spend the rest of your shift with your trainer applying everything you just learned to real life. Please ask questions and refer to your training when needed.

 

Good Luck and remember it is OK to make mistakes, we all do!! What’s important is did you learn from the mistake!!

 

At the end of each day you and your trainer will sign off for the day.
